Like most garbage out of CDC lately, how they look at numbers determines the outcome they will get. We have been hearing for a while now that someone is only considered vaccinated 2 weeks after thier second shot. So if someone got COVID after the first shot, then recovered, then got it again later, does that count as a reinfection of a vaccinated or unvaccinated person. Likewise, what is the reinfection rate of those who got COVID before being vaccinated, then got vaccinated, then got COVID again. Are they considered vaccinated or unvaccinated for the study. I really hate that I dont feel I can trust anything that comes out of the CDC anymore. They issue papers to present a particular narrative they want to push, instead of science.

The CDC has been a wholly owned subsidiary of big pharma for decades. It has simply become too obvious now.
