I feel confident that fraudulent votes did not decide the election’s outcome. On the other hand, I can say with confidence that the election in my home state was not conducted fairly.

Sounds like the "little bit" pregnant argument.

In a representative republic the disenfranchisement of one another’s vote is the greatest civil rights violation one can commit against another. See the 3/5th’s compromise below

That allowed the perpetuation of slavery in the USA with the resultant Civil War.

This process, if allowed to continue, will propagate socialism/communism and WILL result in Civil War 2.0....

If vote harvesting is going to be legal then the Republicans need to get better at it than the Democrats. I get texts from the Democrat party all of the time asking to help me with my mail in ballot... The Democrats are comfortable debating about fraud but will be very uncomfortable when the Republicans start operating under the new rules.
