The Supreme Court should take a shot at Roe vs Wade because it violated the 10th Amendment of the Bill of Rights which is part ot the Constitution. There is nothing in the Constitution or the Bill of Rights about Abortion. Therefore, regulation of it belongs to the States or the people. That was there before justice Harry Blackmun and six other justices tried to allude to the 14th Amendment to the Constitution which does not supercede the 10th Amendment. It requires a new amendment to nullify the 10th Amendment. They did not do that. They tried to go around the 10th Amendment. It did not work. The 10th Amendment stops Roe vs Wade dead in its tracks. It was illegal then and is now. Regulation of abortion is not something that the federal government has any involvement with. That is how they will decide.
