Good evening fellow Freepers.
I wanted to see if I could enlist your aid in locating articles that deal with lawsuits being leveled against the government regarding vaccine mandates.
I've been doing Internet searches, but what I would particularly like to find are the court dockets corresponding to any impending lawsuits/class act suits. I got two so far:
1. Filed by Liberty Counsel in FL, Case 821-cv-02429 and
2. Filed in the District of Columbia the Law Office of Michael Yoder, Case 1:21-cv-02484.
If anyone has more, I'd like to know about it so I can track them threw the courts and use these against local management if they continue to push the vaccines.

Best anti-mandates article I’ve seen was about filing lawsuits against employers demanding vaxed employees. Their suit, if upheld, would hold those mandating vaccination liable for any and all reactions to Covid vaccine.
Seems like the most important legal issue should be the fact that all three USA vaccines are still experimental.
The letter of the law is unequivocal - we cannot be forced to take an experimental drug.
That said, if there are any lawsuits based on that premise, I have not read about them.

Also, PACER has a comprehensive index of all current federal court cases. I think you can get a PACER account for free if you meet certain criteria...

Kinda sweet the way they protected big pharma but not the employers who force it on you. This is going to be a litigation nightmare.

There is no fee to register. However, there is a fee to access court records once logged into PACER.
So while I can set up an account, I'd have to pay a fee to download any documents.

I just pinged you and a couple of others who likely have info about lawsuits (and all things vax), if your ping list is wider than what i said you can correct it.
Really, I’m surprised the Thomas More Law Center won’t help. What’s wrong with them??
