Is it just me seeing this as the vehicle by which the Biblical prophecy of plagues related in the Revelation is enabled?

Would have been challenging to see 1/3 of mankind dead due to pestilence just a few years ago ... now we see the table being set.

What about the wild beasts too ... I have been wondering what will happen in the future to make that into a reality.
