Tell me again Biteme how this $66 Billion will do ANYTHING in the way of building rail across America? At $420 Million per mile, 100 miles of rail, which would make it a little over halfway from Seattle to Portland would run $240 Billion for half way.... Half a TRILLION likely to go from Seattle to Portland, then figure out how people would have to drive 300 miles from East of that line to get to the rail.
