They object to anyone else’s objections when they know perfectly well how objectionable their agenda is. They are by definition, incorrigible.
I usually go with depraved or evil but incorrigible captures their stick-to aspect well.
The Republicans, who love getting along even if it means going along, are far too corrigible, only rather than that they can do better they are often swayed to be worse.
