Biden Is Not the Arbiter of Religious Doctrine
Military lawyers have been ordered to instruct chaplains to grill service members seeking religious exemptions from the COVID injections. The interrogation delves into areas that are clearly illegal. The government does not have authority to determine which religion or belief is acceptable and which is not!
Joe Biden’s Department of Defense (DOD) is using the power of the federal government to decide which religious beliefs and doctrines are acceptable. Liberty Counsel is suing Biden, the DOD and Homeland Security to STOP THE COVID TYRANNY.

Our case, Navy SEAL 1 v. Biden, is moving quickly. We filed last Friday, and on Monday, the federal court set an expedited hearing.
Military chaplains tell us the service members in all branches are being abused and pressured in ways they have never witnessed before.
One of our plaintiffs, named “U.S. Coast Guard Chaplain” in our lawsuit, shared that the chaplains are being ordered to harass service members about their religious beliefs.
“Ask the member whether they have undergone any specific classes or studies” associated with their doctrine.
“Ask if their doctrinal beliefs include putting others’ welfare above their own, and what that might mean in relation to taking a vaccine.” If their religion believes in helping others, then how can the service member object to the COVID shots?
If they object to the shots because they used aborted fetal cells in testing or development, then ask if they have ever taken Tylenol, aspirin … and the list goes on. This question is a trap and is irrelevant. Tylenol was discovered in 1955, long before aborted fetal cells were used for testing.
The Constitution forbids government intrusion into the religious doctrine of its citizens. But Biden acts as if there is no First Amendment! Our lawsuit will give him a refresher course.
The government has no business making determinations of whether a person’s faith is legitimate or not, or even discussing the correctness of their beliefs. Past generations fought, bled and died to secure every American’s freedom of religion!

The bottom line will be that Islam is acceptable . . . anything else, not so much.
Yes, Liberty Counsel is one of the few remaining real conservative orgs around, both “social” and “fiscal” - whole conservatism.
These are the same people who deign to classify Christian church employees as “ministerial” or not.
Biden is not the arbiter of what tie he wears for a public appearance.
They do however let him choose what flavor of ice cream or pudding he gets.
FWIW private employers are often taking the same adversarial, trap-based approach (where’d they learn that? Hmm) so a good ruling here is impactful far beyond the military cases.

Common sense is gone on those nuts. Get a degree, lose all common sense... A degree gives you an education in something... but common sense is lost completely!
That is true, which is why I am hoping the case before the Florida courts gets a favorable ruling, at least a moratorium, from these blasted poison jabs.
The vaccine does not help others. Anyone stating it does has been mislead. Christians are taught not to listen to deceivers.
