This is justice. This story is absolutely heartbreaking. Her memory merits justice. She was unarmed and not a threat. Again this was Minneapolis, a place in need of some serious police training. This pretend police officer violated about 10 basic firearms rules and should have never graduated officer training.
Try any of these things at a real training facility and you would be kicked off the range and banned for life.
