Could very well be planted by weirdo parents since the park was open last night and parents went out there.
I agree that it looks like a head-fake.
They just re-opened the park yesterday, then the parents go back there today and say they found stuff and call the police. Seems odd!!
However, they dispatched a medical examiner. It could be out of abundance of caution in case they find remains, but I was told by someone who is familiar with them that a medical examiner wouldn’t be called out a medical examiner.
