That would be Democrats who don't know who the President is.
The 12% “unsure” probably think Obama or Trump is the President...or maybe Bill Clinton.

The 12% do not know or care who is POTUS. They do not vote.
They can not name their congress representative, Senators or the governor of the state they live in.
There are YouTube videos from when Jay Leno would go out on Hollywood Blvd and ask the same people to point to the state of TX on a map of the US. Then ask them to point out a country in the world on the map and could not get close. Like pointing to Australia when asked where Great Briton was.
Yet, they could name most of the characters in the latest Avengers movie.
They just lost their jobs, the vaccine made them sick, their neighbor’s daughter died in Afghanistan, and their son is about to get kicked out of his university for saying “Hello” to a girl…but the MSM they trust tells them Biden is doing a much better job than that racist Trump.
So they are not sure…
