There are very strict rules for handling classified info. None of which include the freedom to share anything outside your office, let alone foreigners.
Yes, but FBI agents have clearances so you haven’t actually disclosed classified information to a person not authorized to receive it. In fact, the FBI agent is authorized to try to pay for it.
