This is where the money should go,

"Hundreds of thousands of man-made objects are zipping around our planet—from dead satellites to errant nuts and bolts, putting our working satellites at risk."... Wasted dollars on Climate Change (CC is code for taxes) could go to cleaning up the trash in space which is doable... it might let some of the warmer air out.......
