Shots were fired? Oh, dear. I'm pretty certain that's not legal for the citizenry to engage in in Portland. I hope the police are looking into it and the miscreants are apprehended. ...But I'm not holding my breath.

The incident occurred in 2019 - not sure if anything was followed up by the police.
