Not an insurrection but definitely a violent riot and the psycho mom should face “incitement to root” charges and if any out of area/state people were involved, possible conspiracy charges and crossing state lines to commit a felony. But Portland is led by a MARXIST coward mayor named Wheeler so don’t count on him or the City DA to do anything.

Business owners should file class action lawsuits against the mayor, DA, city council and police for dereliction of duty, reckless endangerment and a failure to ensure the public safety.
