Easier said than done. The people I know that own/owned businesses put their entire life's work into it. I'm sure a lot of the Portland business owners are in the same boat.

It would take some money and planning, but why they don't hire some 'operators' to even the score is beyond me.

The incident occurred in 2019 - not sure if anything was followed up by the police.

The fact that shots were fired at a vehicle tells me not to underestimate these whack jobs.
