Pensions and retirement are covered by Federal law - there is no way they can do this.

I believe the Illinois Supreme Court has basically ruled that state government pensions are untouchable. It’s one reason that the state and local governments are in such a fiscal mess. They are obliged to honor their pension promises. I can’t imagine the ‘no shot, no pension’ will stand a chance in court.

It’s not. Nothing the democrats do is legal. They are trying to scare people into getting these clot shots any way they possibly can. If these shots were about keeping people healthy and alive, they wouldn’t be pushing them this hard.
The way governments are behaving it reminds me of the most juvenile kids I ever knew. And, obviously, no one who issues these mandates is listening to their lawyers. Just imagine the liability if an employer tells an employee to get the vax and the employee dies from it. An eighteen year old kid told me, “There’s going to be lawsuits about this for years to come.” (A kid, with more sense than politicians and CEO’s.)
