Where are the courts? Surely vax mandates and lockdowns must pass
some level Constitutional scrutiny? It seems to me they must pass a strict scrutiny test, meaning they must be demonstrated to address a compelling need (not just appear reasonable) and they must be the most minimally intrusive way of achieving that goal.
It seems to me with the lack of effectiveness of the vaccines (on par with flu vaccines) there's no way a vax mandate can pass. Same with lockdowns.

Effective or not effective isn’t the issue. The issue is liberty, and an American’s right to choose what does or doesn’t go into his body.
On Sunday I told a lady at church that I’d take up drinking and smoking before I’d take a “vaccine”. At least I know what’s in THEM.
