I had already lost much respect for Colin Powell, but his lack of character in that whole Scooter Libby affair was craven, in my eyes.

He knew Scooter Libby was not guilty of what he was accused of, he knew well, but said nothing.

Well, he is gone now in any case, these things don’t make much difference for him now.

Scooter Libby should have been pardoned by W. but I do not think that Scooter ever got pardoned by this "idiot POTUS".
