Yes. These vaccines are **not 100 percent foolproof****. Nobody has ever said they are perfect. But they greatly protect those without major health issues, (And we are so glad that we got ours here and we are fully coming out of restrictions in lockdown in Japan with so few comparative deaths or hospitalizations after two years)… Colin Powell had been treated for a cancer that severely impairs the immune system, lowering coronavirus vaccine effectiveness.
