We used to be a nation of laws, where there was actual debate on the merits of an issue- now we have a senile dictator running this country thru unconstitutional mandates. Blue state governors are doing the same, neutering the legislatures. (And our ability to make our opinions heard.)
The sheeple have become catatonic in fear from a weak bioweapon that has a lethality rate of less than 1%.
And we let them get away with taking our system of government away, without a single pushback.
Yet.
This is one of the reasons why Martial Law was put in the Constitution. Trump declined to use it and many freepers thought it was a bad idea too. Now we pay the price.
I would also highlight that the words "mandate" and "command" have a shared origin.
