I used to have a favorable opinion of Southwest Airlines for its independence and style, and its Texas roots. No longer as it has become just another minion of the corrupt establishment.

It is amazing that SWA lawyers would put its lies on paper and present it to a court. There is currently no mandate for federal contract holders to have their employees jabbed. There is currently no expiring, or offer to extend, contract situation, the only kind where terms can be negotiated, going on between SWA and the government.
SWA will receive no immediate harm from a TRO to prevent the jab. Pilots have a great chance of immediate medical harm, and danger to passengers, if they are jabbed. The pilot is the only employee on the plane who holds people’s lives in their hands. Every other employee on the plane can drop dead from effects of the jab, and the plane can land safely.
We need to stop this right here. If we don’t, mandates for passengers will be next.
