I’m curious just what is it that you think he can do and maybe should do? If they cross on Federal property, go into Federal custody and transported by Federal vehicles and airlines? Texas has more leeway on the border than any other state but if it’s bypassed we’re screwed.

Don't hold your breath... several districts here in DFW have said they'll be disregarding the State Supreme Court ruling.
