Embattled Loudoun County, Virginia, School Board member Beth Barts, who was the subject of a recall petition, announced Friday that she will resign from her position in November.
“This was not an easy decision or a decision made in haste. After much thought and careful consideration, it is the right decision for me and my family,” Barts (said) in a (statement) on Facebook. “Please accept this letter as my formal resignation from the Loudoun County School Board effective November 2, 2021.”

The Superintendent admitted they were wrong. There will be a great exchange of money for the father arrested. The school board will change hands.
Every district in the country will need this kind of attention.

Father has filed lawsuit. If I was him in lieu of payment would accept resignation of entire school board. Superintendent and ANY school employee involved with handling his daughters case. Oh, also must include pre approved abject apology to the citizens and his daughter which included video of all above on knees begging forgiveness

i wouldn’t forego the money- His daughter could use it after the hell she has been through- and the maggots should pay for what they did to her and her father AND to all the people that were there to protest alongside the father- They made a victim a victim a second time- piling hurt upon hurt-
