The article seems to be saying the infractions are things like expired emissions stickers or improperly affixed license plates. Quite frankly, those are probably BS stops/revenue collection stops. If that is the case, let’s get those BS laws removed from the books rather than just picking and choosing what laws are enforced.

Then the cops adjust to what is profitable as they are revenue enhancement arm of the courts........gotta fund the somehow in their eyes
