Since you can’t undue the “jab”, a stay is in order until the validly of the two EO’s are determined. I know the ARMY has issued a mandate that everyone has the 1st shot by October 18th. They have yet to issue guidance on how to apply for a religious exemption. That action, or lack of, is deliberate!
Oh no doubt. Civilian employees where I work ARE still waiting for concrete guidance on religious exemptions. All we were told today is to inform your supervisor of your intent to file. That's it.
