The governors of lawful states such as Texas, Florida, OK, and others should also consider naming Pfzer and other vaccine manufacturers since their medications are being used in an way that is likely unconstitutional.

They are codefendants.

Despite Biden’s posturing and verbiage, there is no mandate. These lawsuits should be dismissed as they aren’t ripe.

On what basis are the companies with 100 or more employees basing their mandates?

The emergency for OSHA was just sent to the white house, so there’s no OSHA rule yet.

All there are are two EO’s applicable to fed workers and fed contractors only.

Stitt is all for letting companies set their own policy. To me that sounds even worse.
