I doubt the perp was even in the slightest “transgender”.
He was a horny “normal” male who put on a skirt so he could get in and rape someone.
I doubt it. More likely the perp is a foster home kid who has been molested and abused himself. Severely deviant behavior like this isn’t due to being “horny.” There are much deeper issues at work here.
