Can’t reply with a substantive answer? Show me where in any of the PHE docs cited as sources the author’s thesis is supported. I know you won’t, because you can’t, and you’d rather believe unscientific garbage than read anything. Your argument is childish. Read the article. Words mean things. Then add what you've read to the plethora of other voices saying the same thing.
You don't get to 'debunk' THIS article while ignoring the rest of the science as if it didn't exist.

Face it: the author made up his conclusion and cited documents which fail to support it. Believe it if you like, or alternatively, shift your brain out of neutral and actually think for yourself and read the article and the purported supporting documents.
