I agree with the Vitamin D and am astonished at the low numbers in those who have been sick. One particular population comes to mind. The thing is it takes days to get up to strength and you can’t take too much all at once as there are toxic effects. Vitamin D is fat loving so once pepped up it leaches out slowly so...I know people do better. If you come in low already though, the pocket is miles behind the 8 ball!

You are right it leaches out slowly.
Maybe saying this happens because it is fat soluble doesn’t capture the entire reason why it does so. Phylloquinone is fat soluble and even if you take as much as you want, in a few days it will be gone.
