How long until the State of Texas owns the entire AA fleet?

Unlikely for now. This is a Federal vs. State jurisdiction issue. It will end up being litigated.

This isn't about Texas explicitly stopping mandated medication.

It's about Texas instituting it's own laws regarding the behavior of entities within it's borders.

Texas can fine and take all the additional legal steps it wants.
The Feds, the airlines, and other affected entities are welcome to sue.
