What law is being passed to effect this? Or or we now on the fiat stage of the Empire? As the story indicates, OSHA is relying on the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970 as providing the statutory authority for this Emergency Temporary Standard. See, specifically, 29 U.S.C. sec. 655(c)(1).
