That ain’t going anywhere. The Police may trump up some charges on the Mom and arrest her. She may be arrested and prosecuted. But that is as far as it will go. As far as any action being taken against the school personnel, you can forget that.
She should also send a letter — not an e-mail, but a letter — to the District Attorney’s office reporting her concern.
