He certainly has some serious health issues. While there could be other reasons for his change in appearance, the talk of body double should not be dismissed as a wild conjecture IMHO.

As an side, there have been some organizational changes in top leadership. They are creating backup positions, which can take over part of Kim's duties, not just for his sister. Creating such positions have been a no-no because dispersion of power is a threat to the absolute leader. Another indication that he has real health problems.

I think his heart attack messed him up. I think the country is really being run by his cold eyed sister ( the little minx)
