While her statement sounds far-fetched to many, it is entirely plausible that it happened as she recalls. The whole point is to "SELL ABORTIONS" (they don't call it that, but that's what it is) - and whatever needs to be done or said to accomplish that end is acceptable.
Many of the women who work in abortion facilities also become jaded, angry, and self-destructive. (There is an organization for abortion-clinic workers who want to leave the industry: "And Then There Were None.") In their angry and jaded condition, speaking about their abortion "clients" as Cory Bush describes sounds perfectly logical to me.
Abortion is EVIL - in so many ways and to all people!
I guess I didn't make myself clear. I have exactly the same experience of abortion clinics as you. What isn't plausible about Cory's tale--besides being "too perfect to be true"--is the idea that an abortion staff would breathe a word about adoption to any patient, ever, including the white chicks. Abortion clinics have one job.
