Gov. Abbott has an Ace in the hole. The Supreme Court handed Biden administration a defeat and reinstated Trump negotiated “Remain in Mexico” policy.
Biden administration is blatantly ignoring a Supreme Court order. Furthermore, they are breaking the law by ignoring federal immigration and border enforcement laws on the books.
