Kim Foxx must have the easiest job in the world. Why expend the effort to catch and prosecute criminals when they will probably get shot and killed (or maimed and put out of commission) some weekend soon.
I wonder what her reaction will be if the “mutual combatants” aka “gangs” decide to unite and begin targeting the police and the city government in a move to take over control of the city? Will Foxx still see them as ‘mutual combatants’ or will she join in to help them or will she move out of Chicago?
