This is, however, the true scientific kill shot I’ve been aware of for well more than two decades. I’ve been tracking it ever since, waiting to mature scientifically. It appears to have matured unscathed. In other words, scientifically speaking, the debate appears to be over. Thank heavens for Professor Svensmark and the academic institution that has been supporting his research since the late 1990s.

If by this you mean iut is now “settled science” you are wrong because science is never “settled” on anything...ever. Any and all findings in any area are constantly being challenged by other scientists in an effort to prove them wrong if possible.
This doesn’t mean they will succeed in doing so it just means they will as scientists always do try and find a flaw in the findings.
