Her age is irrelevant to her CHOSING to remain on the property after she was legally given notice of trespass. I do not consider enforcement of property rights to be a “communist act”.
And that is the summary of the legal conflict here that the SCOTUS has not yet directly settled. Does a school have the right to enforce standards of conduct and dress upon it’s students? In broad terms, the courts have come down on the side of the school and have only restricted the rules of the school if the rules violate the freedom of expression. This specific case does not involve freedom of expression and is therefor outside of the existing rulings.
