The United States reached a grim milestone this week, surpassing 700,000 total deaths from COVID-19. This week also, the total of vaccine doses administered in the USA surpassed 400 million.
Reported Cases: The current 7-day moving average of daily new cases (95,448) decreased 11.6% compared with the previous 7-day moving average (107,953).
New Hospital Admissions: The current 7-day daily average for September 29–October 5, 2021, was 7,440. This is a 13.2% decrease from the prior 7-day average (8,378).
Deaths: The current 7-day moving average of new deaths (1,431) has decreased 8.4% compared with the previous 7-day moving average (1,563).
Vaccination: As of October 7, 2021, the 7-day average number of administered vaccine doses reported (by date of CDC report) to CDC per day was 948,921, a 30.5% increase from the previous week. Nearly 95% of Seniors have received at least one dose, almost 84% are fully vaccinated, and over 10% of Seniors have now received boosters.
Variants: The national proportion of cases attributed to the Delta variant is estimated to be greater than 99%. Nowcast estimates indicate that Delta will continue to be the predominant variant circulating in all 10 U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) regions.
Test Positivity: The percentage of COVID-19 NAATs (nucleic acid amplification tests) that are positive (percent positivity) (6.1%) has decreased from the previous week (6.6%).

As mentioned elsewhere on this thread, the “pattern” of rising deaths has long since reversed in Israel - despite the continued rising rollout of boosters. They were always unrelated - that chart you posted snipped out just the short timeframe when they briefly ran in the same direction (in a transparent attempt to mislead). Don’t fall for it.
Also, no such purported “pattern” existed during the rollout of the initial vaccination program.
As phoneman08 pointed out that surge in (Delta wave) deaths during the timeframe of the chart, was disproportionally among the unvaccinated - not caused by vaccination.
There simply is no such pattern, anywhere in the world - not Israel, not Singapore - where deaths consistently rise in relation to vaccination. In fact, the opposite has been shown to occur, again and again, in Country after Country.

There simply is no mechanism for this to be true. ADE that has been observed with a few other whole virus vaccines such as Dengue Fever always manifest in the short term. There is no evidence whatsoever that the mRNA vaccines that specifically chose the spike protein rather than other nucleoid proteins to guard against this have occurred. None in spite of the fear porn propagated on this very site.
We’re nearing two years since the start of clinical trials and with now over a billion doses administered the untested, experimental canard has expired.
The immune system is constantly producing antibodies to fight off infection. A much stronger argument can be made for the COVID virus itself to have serious long-term health implications than exposure to simply one of the virus’s proteins and an adjuvant. Think of for example Chickenpox that never actually leaves the body and manifest sometimes decades later as Shingles.
COVID is an unnatural virus made in a lab. It’s not the common cold or the Flu. We’re in uncharted territory with this Chicom bioweapon.
Here is a long and very detailed paper regarding immunity via infection. If no other variant comes along that is able to defeat even the exposed immune which seems quite possible given Delta’s dominance, we may well be seeing light at the end of the tunnel.

Now over 6 billion administered, worldwide. Pfizer alone is probably over a billion doses administered (approaching 2 billion doses delivered).

As Freeper Phoneman08 points out, it has now been years since people started taking these vaccines. Billions of doses have been administered. It has been the focus of nearly unprecedented attention from researchers, Governments and the public; all around the world. In the USA alone, three separate large long-term (30 month) monitoring programs were established as part of the Emergency Use Authorizations, to detect any negative effects (DoD, VA, and a consortium of private sector HMOs).
People would have noticed, if there was even a slight indication of those effects.
Rare effects like blood clots, that occurred less than one time out of a million doses administered, have already been identified, and shouted from the rafters.
Earlier coronavirus vaccine development efforts, after the SARS and MERS outbreaks, identified the risky elements that had to be avoided (like the infamous cytokine storm reaction upon exposure to the actual virus, that killed the test ferrets a couple of decades ago).
Researchers and regulatory authorities were well aware of the potential risks from the very beginning, and have been specifically looking for, and designing the testing for, just those kinds of concerns.
Absolutely no sign of them has occurred.

Neither the Israeli nor Singaporean examples you proposed show any sustained relationship of the type you attempted to impute, with unrepresentative little time snippets. The purported effects (deaths) did not occur in proportion to the purported cause. Deaths have now been going down in Israel, while boosters are increasing. Singapore rose to 80% vaccinated, without a rise in cases, which you seek to impute to vaccination. You seem to be in denial.
Portugal and the UAE have higher vaccination rates, but apparently the Twitter conspiracy mongers could not find any such small time periods where things coincidentally ran the same way, for them to pretend it was a causal relationship.
There are certainly no peer-reviewed studies in reputable long-running journals, that have detected anything like the kind of X-Files deactivation of the immune system that you claim I am denying.

My wife’s THIRD high school classmate back in Philippines has passed from COVID. 2 of the 3 were quite good friends, too. So many of the family and friends and other contacts in RP have had COVID that I think Philippines “official” case numbers (basically those on Worldometers, Johns Hopkins, etc.), are extremely low, possibly by a factor of 10 or more.
OTOH, more positive news is that sis-in-law’s husband’s recovery continues (he is strong enough to make it to the restroom now), and the family of my wife’s good friend who all live an hour from us here in the US are all a lot better after receiving monoclonal antibodies, although friend’s hubby (unvaccinated, but seemingly moderately low risk) is slower recovering than even frail 90 y/o “grandma” (vaccinated.)

Like you, I suspect that official numbers capture only a small fraction of actual infections - and that is probably true to varying degrees, all around the World. Even in the technically advanced USA, with a blank check for testing, the CDC estimates that only about one case out of four gets officially reported.
When Delta was ripping through Afghanistan this Summer, my former translator lost his father, uncle, aunt and two cousins; in less than two months. I bet the actual numbers in China are likely the furthest from the official numbers, of any developed country.
We are really blessed here to have such good vaccine availability, testing, and access to the antibody treatments. (Vaccines, diagnostics and treatments were the three foci of President Trump’s Operation Warp Speed)
In the long run, it seems that most everyone will eventually get exposed to the virus. Outcomes are so much better among those who have been vaccinated, and those who get the antibody infusions.
