And actually, even before suing, they should file a claim with the employer’s worker’s comp insurance, since these are now workplace-related injuries and deaths.

The VAX is experimental and introduced because no other available medicine cures it (according to the gobmint)...so there is no recourse.
My county has mandated the vax for indoor dining since Sept 22. I’ve been to FIVE different restaurants since then, and no one has said a word. Restaurants are too busy trying to entice 16 year olds away from their homework to be bussers (and then train them) to worry about tyrannical nonsense.
And I live in a very leftist county (SF Bay Area); presumably no brownshirts are “turning in” these restaurants. Maybe even the left is getting tired of covid.
This county is almost 90% vaxxed; there’s no need to check cards anyway as nearly everyone is vaxxed. It’s statistically redundant.

The attempt of her 'piece' is that Xiden hasn't actually issued any "vaccine mandate" "rule" yet, or even sent a "rule" to OSHA to be deliberated.
She admits this has hamstrung conservative AG's up front, purposefully:

13 grafs later, Joyless has completely forgotten the key assertion of her 'piece' and thus, this next graf is completely and utterly gratuitous:

I can't remember the last time I saw teenagers working in restaurants or Fast food. They are all staffed by middle aged people now...................
The woke company I work for implemented weekly testing and masks at all times for the unjabbed like me as soon as president dickhead said that crap. I would quit if I could.
I live in Indiana and a really can’t believe this butt munch go re-elected. We have a super majority in both the house and senate, yet they won’t pass a bill making mandates illegal. Hell they won’t even allow the sale of cold beer unless you get it from a liquor store.
