Never, ever, ever use the same restaurant twice for any sources. Beijing has enough places to eat that you can go a lifetime without hitting the same spot twice.

Additionally, every single Chinese person is an asset for Chinese CI. If a CI person comes to them, they will tell the CI what they saw and will report if it happens again. Never let it happen twice.

If you have to have a meeting in Beijing, have the next one in the countryside, an outlier town. But never the same place twice.

Thank you sockmonkey. We can see with Benghazi and Afghanistan our politicians are TRYING to get our guys killed. Then they always blame it on someone else. Benghazi was blamed on a video on youtube that had a total of 17 views when it was accused.
