Very likely, this was a President Trump initiative which the Biden idiots overlooked and were not able to stop. That may be part of it, yes. I also believe that the Brits have a much larger role in what transpired than the French are willing to publicly acknowledge. Whichever scenario is true, it seems that now the plan is to let muddle-headed Joe take most of the blame.
