n September 20, 2021, a group of several dozen physicians and pathologists held a day-long symposium at the Institute of Pathology in Reutlingen, Germany, to try and figure out why hundreds of thousands of people have died in Europe, alone, not to mention other parts of the world, soon after getting a Covid-19 vaccine shot. I present their data and conclusions, below.

How hard is it for someone who has access to “real” microscopes (university level) to take a sample of blood from a vaccinated person and take a look? This should be very easy to confirm.

You have to believe in it for it to work.
There's no control group here, so how do you know that some of these unfortunates did not have a bad vaccine reaction because of exposure to other factors, like an ongoing autoimmune disorder or inhalation of particulates?
Blood clots from runaway production of the spike protein is a known problem, and one where I would think the risk from the vaccine may be greater in young people than the disease.
The irrational and reflexive authoritarianism of politicians is also, in fact, a much bigger problem than issues with the vaccines.
