The aim is to bring the nation's economy to its knees...and keep it there. Much easier to rule by royal fiat that way.

“As long as I have my Fruit-Loops”

My heart goes out to you. Froot Loops is a Kellogg product.

My Cheerios, made by General Mills, is safe so far.

Kellogg like everyone else is having serious staffing issues.

So either they hire untrained Temps, or run over-time.

The Company claiming a typical salary is $120,000 is a bit disingenuous.

Yes, for now the average hourly worker is making 6 figures but for how long?

How long will be when people return to work. When the Government stops giving them free money not to work. So, about another year? I don’t know.

I believe that is the total compensation number. Benefits, wages, overhead etc. That became fashionable in HR for about 6 years. Many companies even send out a note to employees telling them what their total compensation is. BTW the way most businesses calculate that you need $130,000 in revenue per employee to be successful.

My Dad as a teenager in the 1950s worked at Quaker Oats in Cedar Rapids IA. To this day he can’t stand the smell of cereal.

Must be that new math I’m unaware of. At time and a half after 40 hours, I’m coming up at $109,824 for $24 an hour, 52 weeks in a year. And I don’t believe I’ve ever met someone that worked 72 hours a week for a full year.

Not if you want to talk a union contract where if the maintenance person is called in on Sunday night and therefore able to be considered on OT for however many weeks until they have a day off again and can suddenly buy a bass boat with the next few paychecks, yeah, seen that (in PA!).

The products are not in danger

This is purely union action to exert control under a favorable Biden Administration

Richard Trumka is dead

Dead unionists are the best kind

Even if breakfasts cereals all go under, there will always be plenty of fruit loops around.

I have been boycotting Kellogg for so long now that I’ve forgotten exactly why.

You’re probably correct now that I think about it.

One of my daughters has a Degree in H.R. from one of (at the time) only 3 colleges that offered such a Bachelors degree program.

I didn’t want to call her and ask her because that gives her the opportunity to hit me up for money! LOL She’s the expensive daughter.
