I think the best plan would be to get some Ivermectin before you get sick and take it early. Don’t wait until you or a loved one are in the hospital.
The research definitely shows it is most effective if done early, but it shows some effect in late treatment as well. Even in late trials it appears the efficacy is better than Merck’s molnupiravir (50%). Research is here ivmmeta.com
