My father received then-experimental laser treatment from the National Eye Institute (part of the NIH) to arrest wet macular degeneration in his left eye. Direct vision was lost, but his peripheral vision was preserved. Grateful for what the NEI did, but am disgusted by the malfeasance and outright criminal activity of the leadership of the parent organization.

Collins was appropriately lauded and rewarded for his work on the Human Genome Project, but he bought into the false infallibility of Washington elitists and felt he could do or get away with anything.
For facilitating experimentation by the Communist Chinese that has resulted in worldwide death and destruction, Collins and Fauci deserve criminal prosecution and punishment, including imprisonment for the remainder of their natural lives.
