There’s a great book out there called “The Language of God. A Scientist makes the case for Faith” written by a Dr. Collins. I wonder if this is the same Dr. Collins.
The Dr. Collins of book fame led the first big effort to decode the human genome. He went into that effort confident there is no God and after BEGINNING to understand the vast amount of order and information in our genes, he became convinced first there IS a God, and secondly that after studying the world’s monotheistic religions that Judaism -> Christianity is THE path to God. THAT Dr. Collins was frequently paired on panels with the authors of Signature in the Cell, a book that makes a great case for Divine intelligence in design and execution of life as we know it.
It’d be a shame if this is the same Dr. Collins who went over to the dark side.
