Leaving aside for a moment the difficulty in getting enough states to call for the convention much less ratify anything coming out of it, what would your amendment to solve this election problem look like? How would you word it?

The general idea is to punish and remove from office those who approved the Big Steal, either actively or passively, in the same way that Confederates were banned after the Civil War. Simple legislation can remove civil servants in the Executive Branch, but a constitutional amendment is required to remove/disqualify Congress Critters or judges. The actual wording would be subject to debate, but essentially disqualify any person from serving in Congress who voted for certification of a clearly fraudulent election contrary to the constitutional guarantee of a "Republican form of government". That would clear out all of the Dems, the RINOs and also people like Rand Paul who didn't think that was Congress's job. Another amendment could remove judges who failed to hear the election challenges based on "standing" for the same reason, but that should only be done after a legitimate president is able to appoint replacements.

Yes, it has a long way to go, but any journey starts with the first small step.

Who decides it's a 'clearly fraudulent election'? Right now you have half the people believing the election was fraudulent and half believing it was fair. Both sides claim proof for their position. Absent the courts weighing in any disqualification would be a purely partisan decision and would do nothing to restore credibility to elections.
