Why did you write to me? I told him he very possibly went out of quarantine too early.

Fwiw, I think his ‘regimen’ was very flawed. I’m 58 and only knew I had covid because I lost taste and smell. No other symptoms but I did test positive. My ‘regimen’ is taking good care of myself every day including zinc and vitamin c. He said he walking while sick. Never heard of that making any sense at all.

He's only working with the one unvaxxed guy that gave it to him [HIS unvaxxed mother got it from a vaxxed person at work, then gave it to his co-worker, who gave it to him].

Not sure why you'd have to quarantine at work after you got better if you're only working with a single fellow recoveree.

Walking is exercise - sometimes that helps in illness.

The walking gets the blood flowing and reduces swelling. It also always me to get the lungs working so it helps get the phlegm to loosen up and get expelled.

Very logical. After walking about a mile I felt better for several hours. I suspect much of the pain I was feeling was from swelling.

But you do you and I will do me.

And I work with one guy who have me Covid outside where it is almost never touched by someone for months if not years. So no risk to anyone. Or almost no risk. Certainly less than picking up the nozzle at the has station.
